By accessing and using the Arena NexusV1 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Competition Rules
All submissions must be original work. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without authorization will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

4. Entry Fees & Payouts
Entry fees are non-refundable once a competition has begun. Prize payouts are processed within 30 days of competition completion.

5. AI Judging
Submissions are evaluated by our AI judging system. Scores are final and at the discretion of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting, you grant Arena NexusV1 a non-exclusive license to display and promote your work on the platform.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability
Arena NexusV1 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
